Mitsotakis: Only Ukraine Can Decide Its Territorial Integrity

Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis joined a video conference of European leaders with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, ahead of his upcoming talks with US President Donald Trump. The meeting focused on recent developments following Trump’s discussions with Russian President Vladimir Putin and the wider search for a path toward peace.
Mitsotakis reaffirmed Greece’s consistent stance, stressing the urgent need for a ceasefire and credible security guarantees with US participation. He emphasized that when it comes to sovereignty and territorial integrity, only Ukraine has the authority to decide its future.
