Greek PM Mitsotakis and Turkish President Erdogan to Meet at UN Assembly

Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan are scheduled to meet on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly in New York later this month, Greek Foreign Minister George Gerapetritis confirmed.
The exact date of the meeting has not yet been finalized but is expected to take place between September 22 and 26. Gerapetritis emphasized that the discussions will be substantive and “not merely a courtesy meeting,” highlighting the importance of dialogue between the two neighboring countries.
